our mission is simple: enhance and educate the palate with the freshest ingredients and flavors, while surprising and exciting each guest with personal care and service. We believe the choices we make about what we eat, where it comes from and how it’s prepared have a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals, communities and the environment We opened the restaurant in the spring of 2020 in the hope to blossom into a successful permanent feature in the village. East Wittering is the perfect area with its narrow wild beaches, generous walking paths and is also in our opinion one of the gems in the Sussex crown. We at Lee Raj, take emmence pride in being able to bring our dishes to the local community and will endeavour to add to the vibrancy of the landscape.
